Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre Ticket Policies
ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: All exchanged tickets will be held at Will Call if not processed at the Box Office window. Because we must receive your original tickets for resale, we cannot make ticket exchanges by phone. Exchange must be made prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production only.

The auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to curtain for evening performances and
45 minutes prior to curtain for matinees. Shows will begin promptly.
- FLEX PASS: If you don’t know what date you want to see the show but want to take advantage of getting a discounted rate, the Flex Pass is for you. Once you know your date, you can contact us and we will give you the very best seat available. Once you book your date, standard exchange policies apply.
- SEATING REQUESTS: It is our goal to honor your seating request. However, we can not guarantee exact seat placement. Tickets are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do our best to get you as close to your request as possible.
- CHILDREN: Tickets will not be sold for children under the age of 6, including "babes in arms."
- FEES: A $2.00/ticket handling fee will be added to all phone and online orders. Subscriptions will have $2.00/ticket added online. A $.50/ticket seat tax, mandated by North Idaho College, is added to each seat.
- EXCHANGE POLICIES: All sales are FINAL. Original tickets must be returned to the Box Office in order to process the new tickets. All exchanges must be made prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production. Tickets WILL NOT be exchanged after the date of the show for another performance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Season subscribers may exchange one set of tickets for free. (One set means ONE show only). After the first exchange, $3/per ticket will be charged. Individual ticket holders will be charged $3/per ticket to exchange. All exchanged tickets will be held at Will Call if not processed at the Box Office window.
- ONLINE SALES: All ticket policies apply to online purchases. Tickets ordered online will automatically be held at Will Call at the Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre Box Office.
- TAX DONATIONS: Unused tickets may be donated to the theatre for a tax credit if released prior to date and time on the tickets. These tickets must be returned to the Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre Box Office. Please ask us for a tax letter, and we will be happy to give you one.
- ACCESSIBILITY: The Schuler Performing Arts Center is wheelchair accessible and contains an elevator and ushers for those who need assistance. If assistance is needed, plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the performance so that we may best accommodate your needs. Hearing assistance devices are also available.
- LATE SEATING: Latecomers will NOT BE SEATED in their purchased seat. Seating will be at the discretion of the House Manager.
- PARKING: Free, meter and handicap parking for the Coeur d’Alene Summer Theatre is located on the NIC Campus. Please do not park in the NIC housing lots. A map is available for designated areas on the campus.
- SHOW SCHEDULE: Season, schedule and artists are subject to change. NO REFUNDS.
- TOBACCO FREE: North Idaho College is a tobacco-free campus.
